Description:            Various Backbones on Segment C are currently unavailable. PennREN and
			Crown Castle Engineers have been contacted.
			Crown Castle dispatched fiber techs to the
			field and discovered burned fiber at the site
			of a pole fire in Philadelphia, PA. A line crew
			has arrived onsite with the replacement cable
			and have begun repairs. The repair crew
			estimates cable placement to take two and a
			half hours; however, there is no ETTR at this
			time. Further updates will be provided as they
			become available. Multi-homed traffic is
			rerouting.
