Description:            Various Backbones on Segment C are currently unavailable. PennREN and
			Crown Castle Engineers have been contacted.
			Crown Castle dispatched fiber techs to the
			field and discovered burned fiber at the site
			of a pole fire in Philadelphia, PA. The repair
			crew has placed new cables and is currently
			prepping them to begin splicing. There is no
			ETTR at this time. Further updates will be
			provided as they become available. Multi-homed
			traffic is rerouting.
