Description:            Various Backbones on Segment C are currently unavailable. PennREN and
			Crown Castle Engineers have been contacted.
			Crown Castle has dispatched fiber techs to the
			field and discovered burned fiber at the site
			of a pole fire in Philadelphia, PA. A line crew
			is in transit to the location with the
			replacement cable to begin repair efforts. The
			line crew's ETA onsite is 3:15am EDT. Further
			updates will be provided as they become
			available. There is no ETTR at this time.
			Multi-homed traffic is rerouting.
