Description:            Various Backbones on Segment C are currently unavailable. PennREN and
			Crown Castle Engineers have been contacted and
			Crown Castle dispatched fiber techs to the
			field and discovered burned fiber at the site
			of a pole fire in Philadelphia, PA. Lines on
			the pole are currently energized and Crown
			Castle is working with the local utility
			company to shut down power before repairs can
			begin. Further updates will be provided as they
			become available. There is no ETTR at this
			time. Multi-homed traffic is rerouting.
