DESCRIPTION:           The backbones from Allegheny Center Mall to Community College of Beaver
                       County and Penn State Beaver are now available. Sunesys Engineers
                       have found trouble on Stoops Ferry Rd in Moon Township. Services have been 
                       moved on to spare fiber as a temporary work around. There is no physical 
                       damage in the area, so the reason for the outage is pending. Multi-homed traffic 
                       re-routed.
