DESCRIPTION:           Traffic riding the backbones from Lehigh Carbon Community College to Lehigh
                       University, to MAW Communications, and to Reading Area Community
                       College will be impacted while PennREN Engineers perform maintenance to
                       upgrade the circuit from Lehigh Carbon Community College to Lehigh University
                       and enable multi-homing. A brief impact to customer services is expected while
                       multi-homing configuration is applied and traffic is failed over to the new backup
                       path. The entire window is reserved.
