DESCRIPTION:           The backbones from Allegheny Center Mall to Community College of Beaver
                       County and Penn State Beaver are currently unavailable. Sunesys Engineers 
                       have found trouble on Stoops Ferry Rd in Moon Twonship. They are working on a 
                       temporary work around at this time as they do not see any ongoing issues in 
                       the area. There is no ETR at this time. The reason for the outage is pending. 
                       Multi-homed traffic is re-routing.
