DESCRIPTION:           The backbones from Allegheny Center Mall to Community College of Beaver
                       County and Penn State Beaver are currently unavailable. Sunesys Engineers are
                       currently at Allegheny Center Mall and do not see any visible damage. They
                       will be moving to a nearby splice case to perform further testing. The reason for
                       the outage is pending. Multi-homed traffic is re-routing.
