Description:            The Backbone between Bucks County Community College and Delaware County
			Community College is now available. Crown
			Castle Engineers were contacted dispatched and
			have discovered damaged fiber outside
			Philadelphia, PA.  Services were rolled over to
			spare fiber as there was not enough slack in
			the fiber for a permanent fix, which will
			implemented at a later date. No additional
			outages are expected.
