Description:            The above listed Backbones along Segment D are currently unavailable. 
			Crown Castle Engineers have been contacted and
			communicated that they are seeing a possible
			fiber break. Crews are have been dispatched to
			the field to confirm breakage and moving to a
			new splice case to pinpoint the fiber
			disturbance. The reason for the outage is
			pending. No ETR has been provided at this time.
			Multi-homed traffic is rerouting.
