			Crown Castle Engineers have been contacted and
			communicated that they are seeing a possible
			fiber break. Crews are currently dispatching to
			the field to confirm breakage and investigate.
			The reason for the outage is pending. No ETR
			has been provided at this time. Multi-homed
			traffic is rerouting.
