Description:            Various backbones and core circuits between Lehigh University and
			University of Scranton are now available. Crown
			Castle Engineers determined that the reason for
			the outage was fiber damage. Fiber crews have
			conducted repairs and are now hands-off in the
			field. No further outages are expected.
