Description:            Various backbones and core circuits between Lehigh University and
			University of Scranton are now available. Crown
			Castle Engineers determined that the reason for
			the outage is fiber damage and field crews have
			conducted repairs to PennREN fiber; however,
			technicians continue to work on other
			connections within the same strand. An update
			will be provided once crews are hands-off in
			the field.
