Description:            The backbone from Bucknell University to Lock Haven University and the
			core circuits from Bucknell University and Penn
			State University Park are now available. Crown
			Castle dispatched Field Techs to investigate
			multiple fiber outage reports. Splicers
			identified burn damage to 48ct and 144ct fibers
			in the Mifflenburg PA area. Line Crews have
			completed repair to the 48ct and continue to
			splice the 144ct bundle. No ETR has been
			provided. Multi-homed traffic is rerouting.
