Description:            The backbone from Bucknell University to Lock Haven University and the
			core circuits from Bucknell University and Penn
			State University Park are currently
			unavailable. Crown Castle Engineers have been
			engaged and have dispatched Field Techs to
			investigate multiple fiber outage reports.
			Splicers have identified burn damage to 48ct
			and 144ct fibers in the Mifflenburg PA area.
			Line Crews are on-site and beginning repairs.
			ETR has not been made available. Multi-homed
			traffic is rerouting.
