DESCRIPTION:           The above listed is now available. Sunesys Technicians initially confirmed
                       damaged fiber had been spliced between LEHI-NBRD; however, the outage
                       remained. Sunesys Engineers identified an additional fiber cut at Stanton
                       Ave. and Tulpehocken St., Philadelphia, PA, and the splice crew replaced fiber. No 
                       further outages are expected.
