DESCRIPTION:           The above listed is currently unavailable. Sunesys Technicians initially confirmed 
                       damaged fiber had been spliced between LEHI-NBRD; however, the outage 
                       remained. Sunesys Engineers have identified an additional fiber cut at Stanton 
                       Ave. and Tulpehocken St., Philadelphia, PA, and the splice crew have begun 
                       replacing fiber. Updates will be provided when they become available. Sunesys 
                       has provided an ETR of 1 hour, 30 minutes. Traffic is being re-routed.
