Description:            The backbones between Clarion University of PA and St. Mary of the
			Woods College, between Penn State DuBois and
			St. Mary of the Woods College, and between Area
			Transportation Authority of North Central
			Pennsylvania and Penn State DuBois are
			currently unavailable. Crown Castle Engineers
			were contacted and have confirmed the reason
			for the outage as a fiber cut.	Splicers and
			line crews have been dispatched to the field to
			investigate with an ETA of 12:00 PM EST.
