Description:            The backbone between Millersville University and West Chester
			University is currently unavailable. PennREN
			and Crown Castle Engineers have been contacted;
			however, the reason for the outage is pending.
			A Crown Castle fiber crew has arrived at the
			fiber case outside of West Chester University
			and has begun testing. An ETR has not yet been
			provided. Updates will be provided as they
			become available. Multi-homed traffic is
			rerouting.
