Description:            Various Backbones and Core Circuits via Segment B are now available.
			Crown Castle Engineers dispatched to Lehigh
			University and 401 N Broad St. Field Techs have
			arrived at Lehigh University, performed initial
			testing and identified fiber damage in the
			field.	The technicians re-dispatched to
			isolate and repair damage between Kutztown
			University and Lehigh University.  The reason
			for the outage was a fiber cut. Repairs have
			been completed. No further outages are
			expected.
