Description:            The backbone between Camp Susque and Mansfield University is currently
			unavailable. Crown Castle Engineers are
			currently working to roll connections over to
			new fiber.  ETR has not yet been made
			available. Updates will be provided as they
			become available. The reason for the outage is
			pending. Multi-homed traffic is rerouting.
