Description:            The Backbone between Penn State Lehigh Valley and Penn State Schuylkill
			is now available.  PennREN and Crown Castle
			Engineers have been contacted; however, the
			reason for the outage is pending. Crown Castle
			dispatched a splicer to 2809 Saucon Valley Rd
			Rd, Center Valley, PA to investigate. The
			connection restored while troubleshooting. A
			maintenance is planned on a later date to
			perform further repairs. Multi-homed traffic
			re-routed.
