			School District has become unavailable. Crown
			Castle previously dispatched technicians to the
			Pennsylvania College of Technology to
			investigate; however, the connection restored
			prior to the impairment being isolated. Crown
			Castle has been re-engaged to investigate.  The
			reason for the instability is pending.
