Description:            The backbones from East Stroudsburg University to Northampton Community
			College and from East Stroudsburg University to
			Lafayette College, as well as the core circuits
			from Lehigh University to University of
			Scranton are now available. Crown Castle
			Engineers determined that the reason for the
			outage was fiber damage. On-site fiber splicers
			have completed repairing the fiber. No further
			outages are expected.
