			University is now available. Crown Castle Field
			Technicians have confirmed this outage was part
			of a larger fiber event in the Philadelphia
			area. Splicers have dispatched to Main Street
			in Philadelphia, and have successfully spliced
			the damaged fiber. No additional outages are
			expected.  Multi-homed traffic re-routed.
