Description:            Various backbones and core circuits between Lehigh University and
			University of Scranton are currently
			unavailable. Crown Castle Engineers have
			determined that the reason for the outage is
			fiber damage. Crown Castle is awaiting the
			release of the site by local utility crews
			before initiating repairs. Release of the site
			has been delayed by weather conditions in the
			area. No estimated time of total recovery is
			currently known. Multi-homed traffic is
			rerouting.
