Description:            The backbones from Bucknell University to Pennsylvania College of
			Technology and from Bucknell University to
			Pennsylvania College of Technology - Student
			Administrative Services Center are hard down
			following earlier instability. Crown Castle
			Engineers have located damaged fiber and have
			engaged an additional line crew to assist with
			repairs. While the line crew is en route techs
			onsite are investigating another impairment
			they've detected on this path. No estimated
			time of total recovery is available at this
			time.
