Description:            The backbones from Bucknell University to Pennsylvania College of
			Technology and from Bucknell University to
			Pennsylvania College of Technology - Student
			Administrative Services Center are currently
			unstable. Crown Castle Engineers have
			determined that the reason for the outage is
			ice in the slice enclosure. Field crews are in
			the process of removing the ice to identify the
			damage. No estimated time of total recovery is
			known.
