Description:            The backbones from Pennsylvania College of Technology to Troy Area
			School District and from Camp Susque to
			Mansfield University of PA will be unavailable
			while Crown Castle Engineers perform fiber
			maintenance to repair damaged fiber.  An outage
			is expected and the entire window is reserved. 
			Multihomed traffic will re-route.
