			unavailable. Crown Castle Engineers have been
			engaged and have dispatched Field Techs to
			investigate multiple fiber outage reports in
			the Lewisburg, PA area. ETA is 9:00 PM EDT. The
			reason for the outage is pending. ETR has not
			been made available. Multi-homed traffic is
			rerouting.
