Description:            *Outage Update*
			Various backbone and core circuits between 401
			N. Broad Street and Penn State Hershey are
			currently unavailable. Crown Castle fiber techs
			have identified damaged fiber due to a pole
			fire in Philadelphia, PA. The repair crew has
			placed new cables and is currently prepping
			them to begin splicing. No estimated time of
			total recovery is known. The Drexel University
			connection to Internet2 is also unavailable.
			Traffic traversing the customer wave between
			Penn State Hershey and Penn State University
			Park is rerouting. Multi-homed traffic is
			rerouting.
