Description:            Various backbones and core circuits between Bucknell University and
			University of Scranton are now stable. Crown
			Castle Engineers dispatched to a splice case
			near Bloomsburg, PA and identified a fiber
			issue. Splicers have completed repairs and
			connectivity has been restored. Customer
			traffic traversing the wave between Penn State
			Hershey and Penn State University Park was
			rerouted during the event. Multi-homed traffic
			was rerouted.
