			Various backbones and core circuits between
			Bucknell University and University of Scranton
			are currently unstable. Crown Castle Engineers
			have been contacted; however, the reason for
			the instability is pending. Customer traffic
			traversing the customer wave between Penn State
			Hershey and Penn State University Park is
			rerouting. Multi-homed traffic is rerouting.
