DESCRIPTION:           The Core Node at Indiana University of PA will remain available while Indiana
                       University of PA Engineers perform power maintenance after a power outage
                       that has been restored. Connections will remain available to the node by 
                       generator and backup UPS units. No outages are expected and the entire 
                       window is reserved.
