DESCRIPTION:           During the above listed window, PennREN Engineering will begin sending and receiving
                       routes with the WiscNet Regional Internet Peering Service (WRIPS) at both Allegheny
                       Center Mall (ACMA) and 401 North Broad Street (NBRD). This will cause a change in
                       traffic pattern for some destinations, but will not be service impacting to customers. 
                       The entire window is reserved.
