DESCRIPTION:           Various Customer and Peer BGP sessions will be unavailable while PennREN Engineers 
                       perform bgp configuration maintenance. Traffic should not be affected, but customers 
                       will see a BGP blip as the router rebuilds and processes the bgp neighbor-ships. An 
                       outage of up to 5 minutes is expected; however, the entire window is reserved.
