DESCRIPTION:           The above listed backbone is currently unavailable. Sunesys and 
                       PennREN Engineers were investigating degraded signal and suspect 
                       shotgun damage somewhere in the fiber. Line crews will dispatch first 
                       thing in the morning when light is available to locate the damage. Sunesys
                       engineers are in the process of moving traffic to temporary fibers to restore
                       services to full power until a permanent fix can be implemented. No ETR 
                       is available at this time. Multihomed traffic is re-routing.
