DESCRIPTION:           PennREN customer Delaware County Community College is currently
                       unavailable. Sunesys Engineers have been contacted and are currently
                       investigating a fiber cut between NBRD-LEHI. Sunesys Technicians have
                       confirmed that the spliced some damaged fiber, however that did not
                       fix our issue. Sunesys have located the Damage to Stanton Ave,
                       Tulpehocken St, PA. Crew about to start replacing fiber. Updates will
                       be provided when they become available. No ETR is available. Traffic
                       is being re-routed.
